I also Moved my another website to HTTPS but another website receive normal organic traffic.
Have you checked your link to your site in Google webmaster tools. check any bad or spam link pointed to your site. If not then wait for some days. Mine ranking was also dropped after migration and loosed 60% traffic. But now it is recovering slowly and all pages start ranking on same position.
One more thing your affiliate links are also indexed by Google. You may need to prevent to be indexed otherwise Google penalize your site. Example pages:

After 3 days now my Website start Receiving normal traffic Again from Google.

I nofollow all affiliate links on my blog. Been doing this for years. Plus I block them in robots.txt file just incase.
