Me and my friend had been a victim of this cruel game of amazon. Amazon is good at customers side but when it comes to business side they really suck.
My amazon India account got terminated a couple of months ago and they cited some illogical reason for the account closure( without a prior notice). I lost my money which was in the account.
What I did was, I asked them politely (though I was very angry and felt like cheated)-
I have gone through the terms and conditions thougrougly and it was not my intention to violate the terms. However, unknowingly ,even if i have violated the tems then I do apologize for that.
(I send this and thought they would give my account back. But no!)
They I mailed them again:
Could u let me know the xact cause so that I could be aware of this in the future and do not commit the same mistake.
They cited some bullshit reason and it seemed they were intentinaly trying to terminate the account.
And yes you can definitely apply for it again in the future but do remember that u create it with a new email id and pass.
With some research I got to know that their enforcement team who terminate accounts is different and team who approves account is different .
I applied for it and got accepted .
Cheap minded amazon(at least could have notified me about my mistake)
