What i would suggest is, use the plugin - SEO smart links. Its a bit resource heavy but it will get the job done. Or you can also do it manually.
Each and every blog post has a keyword. Like the keyword of this title of yours is "Decrease bounce rate". In SEO smart links, you can link a keyword to a blog post. So i will link the above keyword to xyz .com/decrease-bounce-rate.
So now, wherever in my blog i use the keyword decrease bounce rate, the link will automatically be inserted. Thereby giving a fantastic internal linking structure. Plus, if there are some backlinks to one page on your blog, this page lifts the other page up in quality due to the internal linking.
If you dont want to use the plugin, you have to ensure that you cross check each keyword in your post, and you link it to the right keyword specific content on your blog.
